On the first of June we'll be opening our doors to show off our space. Come by if you're thinking of becoming a member, if you want to see what London Hackspace is about, or if you just want to have a drink and a chat.
We'll have: a bar serving local beer and soft drinks (all proceeds go to London Hackspace.)
A BBQ in our yard. Amateur Radio Demonstrations. The spaceship simulator LHS Bikeshed will be running all day. Be prepared to explode. Brewing beer, outside in the loading bay. DIY Electronics projects, robots and toys by the Not Just Arduino group. Lathe Working in the Metal Shop, ...and more to be announced!
Come join us as we hang out, hack on projects, socialise and collaborate. Bring beer if you like. This is our public social night when non-members are encouraged to visit for a tour of the space.
We're an informal bunch of robotics enthusiasts that meet on Tuesdays to "sync" on projects. Our members have a vast mix of skills in various fields so there's always an opportunity to learn something new. Beginners are very welcome.
Are you interested in the mind and how it works? Do topics such as hypnosis, optical illusions and lucid dreaming fascinate you? Us too, come join in the fun.
Anyone of any skill level is welcome to join as we can all learn from and inspire each other. A few art theories will be explored but we will mostly experiment with different mediums and techniques each week. Talk to Antonio Mirav for more details.
Come join us if you want to learn all about amateur radio, getting your licence, using our equipment, etc. Beginners welcome.

Agenda includes presenting Jolla phone and its NFC powered the-other-half (TOH), explaining I2C/charge/power lines that can also be accessed in a custom-3D-printed TOHs. Anyone's welcome to bring their custom TOHs as we appear not to have any.
In parallel there would be a demonstration of Sailfish OS on other Android devices, and welcomed discussion about its porting aspects.
